Question 1

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Accepted Answer

The price is for the whole vehicle, not per person. Within the same vehicle and the same package, the more people share it, the less each one pays. A larger group may need a different vehicle, and that one costs a different amount — so the amount per person does not always go down.

Question 2

How many people can come?

Accepted Answer

Vito up to 7, Sprinter up to 20, midsize bus (Isuzu) up to 30, large bus up to 50. For a bigger group, message us and we'll work something out.

Question 3

Where do you pick us up?

Accepted Answer

On a day tour we pick you up at whatever address suits you and bring you back to the same place — door to door, at no extra cost. For a transfer, the pickup points are part of what we agree with you.

Question 4

Can we change the route?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On a day tour, within the destination the driver takes you wherever you like, at no extra cost. The stops listed on a route page are where we usually go — the decision is yours.

Question 5

Is there a guide?

Accepted Answer

Premium includes a professional guide. On Standard and Comfort you can add one for 49 AZN. The guide speaks Azerbaijani, English or Russian.

Question 6

Is a child seat available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on request. Mention it when you message us on WhatsApp.

Question 7

Who can arrange group transport?

Accepted Answer

One person, a couple, friends or a family, as well as companies arranging staff and shift travel, schools and universities, parent groups, event organisers and wedding parties. You do not need to be a company to ask, and you do not need to fill every seat.

Question 8

Can it be a one-off, or does it have to be regular?

Accepted Answer

Either. A single journey one way or there and back, one day, several days in a row, or a standing schedule — weekly, monthly, for an academic year or longer, by contract. Tell us which and we plan around it.

Question 9

Where can you travel?

Accepted Answer

Within Baku — 28 May to Bilgah and back, for instance — and between cities and regions across Azerbaijan. Day tours run to the six routes listed on this site, and we also plan private tours to places that are not on that list.

Question 10

What is useful to tell you in a first message?

Accepted Answer

Where from and where to, roughly how many people, and the days or hours you need. Anything you have not decided yet can stay open — the form marks it as undecided and we work it out together.

Question 11

How are the vehicle and the price agreed?

Accepted Answer

We go through the route, the pickup points, the timing and the group size with you, and send a quote for that arrangement. Transfers are quoted individually, not from the tour price list, and nothing is fixed until you confirm it.

Question 12

Can the route and times differ from day to day, and can you arrange the return journey?

Accepted Answer

Yes to both. Different days can have different routes and hours, and a return journey can be part of the arrangement — there is a note in the enquiry form for exactly that. Journeys can be scheduled at any hour of the day, once agreed and confirmed.

Question 13

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Payment and cancellation terms are agreed when your booking is confirmed. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll settle everything up front.
